Kapawe’no First Nation – In a strong showing for the Buffalo Bay Academy, Aysha Bellegarde has been named Female Athlete of the Week for her exceptional performance in girls volleyball and MMA /Boxing. Bellegarde has been pivotal in the team’s recent wins, noted especially for her powerful serve in volleyball and agility in MMA/Boxing.
More than just a skilled athlete, Bellegarde exhibits leadership qualities that have positively impacted her teammates. Her focus and intensity during games set the tone for the rest of the team, leading them to success on the court.
